Does someone have to be present at my shipping destination to accept my order?
Somebody must be present at the destination specified upon checkout in order to accept a delivery.  Best practice is to have it delivered to a place of business that is open during regular hours.

What methods of payment are available?
We accept payment by valid VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX credit cards.

How do I contact someone with my questions or comments about the store?
Please go to the Contact Us page and follow directions.

Is a handling fee charged?
Handling Fees are included in all product prices.

How do I know my order was submitted?
After Checkout Step #5, your Order Number and Order Confirmation Number will be displayed to verify receipt of your order. We recommend printing this screen for your records.

An Order Confirmation e-mail is also sent when an order is entered and an email address is supplied to us in the Checkout process. If in doubt, please contact us

How do I change, cancel, or track my order?
Upon completion of your order you will receive an Order Confirmation via email.  Please reference your Order Confirmation # when contacting customer service. Customers have 24 hours to contact us from the time of order confirmation to change/cancel an order. 

Can I return my order?
Due to customer concern and dangers regarding food product tampering, we have chosen to err on the side of caution by not re-shipping products that have been delivered to someone's home. Therefore we cannot accept returns, so be sure you're ordering the right product.

If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival, the wrong item was shipped or some other problem occurred with your shipment please contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

When will my order be shipped?
Orders usually leave the warehouse within 2 - 3 business days from when an order is placed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at its destination?
All orders take 15 business days or less to deliver; much is dependent on where it’s going.  Orders ship from the GTA (Toronto) and are delivered via ground transport, therefore some will take longer than others to get to their destination.
